Mindfulness for Teen IBS Study   

 

Are you a teen or young adult coping with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or a parent of a teen coping with IBS?

​

We are currently recruiting adolescents (ages 15-24) with IBS for an online study (you must reside in the United States) testing whether a 2-week mindfulness program can improve well-being and GI symptoms.

 

What are the study tasks? The remote/online study will consist of 2 remote assessments and the completion of a 2 week digital mindfulness program. Participants will also be provided an athletic chest strap to track breathing during lessons and view biosignal feedback charts.

Is there compensation? Participants will be compensated up to $110.
