BREAST CANCER TRIAL
The Health & Human Performance Lab is actively recruiting breast cancer patients starting aromatase inhibitors for our NCI-funded trial. The study is fully remote, open to anyone in the U.S., and participants can earn up to $230.
In this remote study, you will complete online monthly writing activities once a month for 6 months, respond to questionnaires, and agree to use a special pill bottle for your aromatase inhibitor medication. You may be eligible to participate if you have recently been prescribed aromatase inhibitors, are fluent in English, and have a smart-device capable of supporting downloaded apps.
OPTIONAL FMRI
Some interested participants will also complete an fMRI scan at Carnegie Mellon University’s Bridge Center in place of one of their writing activities. Those who participate in the fMRI sub-study can earn an additional $60.
